Hello,

I would recommend trying a Post Script Driver instead of the standard PCL driver. You can also try to create the PDF file on your program and then save it to your computer before printing it. Sometimes the computer will not allow you to print certain document to certain printer through the programs, such as email attachments.

Hope this helps,

Thanks

How do I do this?

After you have created a file on the program you can go to File > Save > and save to Documents or Desktop. Then try printing from that saved document.

To download the Postscript driver, go to HP.com > Hover over Support > Software and Drivers > Printer > Type in UPD (universal Print Driver) > Driver- Printer > XL PS driver. Download and exctract zipped folder.

Hope this helps,
