I've moved house. Printer well wrapped in box. When opening there was a flood of black ink. It has since pooled and congealed beneath the black cartridge but also spread elsewhere. Can I clean this up? Or will it have terminally damaged the printer, so best to write it off? Very old but otherwise good all-in-one wireless printer. Advice welcome

Hi Gaya1239
Thanks for replying
My printer is the HPCN245B -64002 all-in-one wireless printer.
Bought Feb 2011 so way out of any warranty. Had been going really well till now.
Planning on mopping up with kitchen towel and cotton wool buds, and then cleaning with isopropyl alcohol
Any advice welcome
Thanks
