Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hi! I have connected to my laptop to print via cable, however have an orange light flashing each time I try to print. I have changed the ink cartridge, there is no paper jam, what do I do?

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

 

Automatically clear the jam

  • Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jam.
  • On the printer control panel, press the Cancel button to automatically clear the paper jam.

Update the firmware. Click here
