Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Account Issues on Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are experiencing an error indicating there's a problem with your HP account, follow these steps to resolve it:

Verify HP Account and Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet.
  • Check your HP account details and ensure you can log in successfully via the HP website.

Check HP Smart App:

  • If you use the HP Smart App, try logging out of your account and then logging back in.
  • Verify that your printer is registered correctly on the HP account.

Restart Printer and Check Firmware:

  • Restart the printer to see if it clears the error message.
  • Ensure the printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check this on the HP support website for your specific printer model.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
