Printer is giving me a message that there is a problem

hp officejet pro 6978.  Was working this morning.  I moved it and the plug came out of the back.  I plugged it back in and it gave me an error message that it was shut down wrong.  Then it said to unjam the paper (nothing jammed), then it says there is a problem with the printer or print system.  Tur the printer off, then on. (i did, several times) If you continue to get this message, contact HP.

This is a possible hardware issue with the printhead of the printer. 

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
