Hi @SRIJANA8,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is not powering on, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Power Supply:

  • Ensure that the printer's power cable is securely plugged into the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Verify that the power outlet is functioning by plugging in another device.
  • If you're using a power strip or surge protector, try connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet.

Inspect the Power Cord:

  • Examine the power cord for any visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it may need to be replaced.

LED Indicator:

  • Look for any lights on the printer. If the printer has a power button, check if pressing it changes the state of any lights.
  • On some models, a faint light might indicate that power is reaching the device.

Reset the Printer:

  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • Wait approximately 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the printer to the power source and try turning it on again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a blissful day 😇.
