I need help with my printer 

I can't figure out why it wont print anything on the paper and ink levels are fine.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? Does the printer go through the motions of printing but the pages are blank?  Will the printer print a test page properly from the frront panel?

It is a HP deskjet 2855e. Prints blank pages and way to fast , print heads have ink cleaned them they're not dry cuz they show color and black.  I am connected wifi and bluetooth.

Are there any errors on the front panel? 

 

Can you make a copy from the front panel?

 

Can you print a diagnostic page as described in page 50 of the user manual here (assuming you have Windows, if not look for the Mac instructions in that chapter)?  If not, please describe the printed result (if any).

 

If the copy and diagnostic pages print OK but printing from the computer does not give proper results I could suggest reinstalling the driver as described in the link here.

No error messages . Prints nothing on page.

When printing a diagnostic page does the printer go through the motions but the pages are blank?  Is it the same when trying to make a copy? 

 

One more thing to try would be to remove the color cartridge, then try printing a diagnostic page.  After that, replace the color cartriddge and remove the black cartridge, then print a diagnostic page.  Do either of these print? 

 

If not the printer will likely require service.
