Hi @Nativestar, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Since your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e has a good Wi-Fi connection but is not printing, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Printer Status

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and there are no error messages on the display.
  • Verify that the paper tray is loaded properly.
  • If there are blinking lights, note the pattern as it may indicate an error.

2. Restart Everything

  • Power off the printer, router, and computer.
  • Wait 1-2 minutes, then power them back on.
  • Try printing again.

3. Verify Printer Connection

  • From the printer screen, go to Wireless Settings > Network Status.
  • Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer settings to check for connectivity issues.

4. Set Printer as Default

  • On your PC, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer and select Set as default.

5. Clear Print Queue

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
  • Try printing again.

6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

7. Reinstall the Printer

  • Remove the printer from Windows:
    • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
    • Right-click your printer and select Remove device.
  • Reinstall it using the HP Smart App.

8. Check for Firmware Updates

  • Go to HP Support and update the firmware for your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
