Hi @Nativestar, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Since your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e has a good Wi-Fi connection but is not printing, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Printer Status
- Ensure the printer is powered on and there are no error messages on the display.
- Verify that the paper tray is loaded properly.
- If there are blinking lights, note the pattern as it may indicate an error.
2. Restart Everything
- Power off the printer, router, and computer.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, then power them back on.
- Try printing again.
3. Verify Printer Connection
- From the printer screen, go to Wireless Settings > Network Status.
- Print a Wireless Network Test Report from the printer settings to check for connectivity issues.
4. Set Printer as Default
- On your PC, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select Set as default.
5. Clear Print Queue
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
- Try printing again.

6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to detect and fix printing issues.
7. Reinstall the Printer
- Remove the printer from Windows:
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select Remove device.
- Reinstall it using the HP Smart App.
8. Check for Firmware Updates
- Go to HP Support and update the firmware for your printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
