I am unable to print wirelessly or complete scans from the printer to the PC and receive the error message:  Printer is Offline.

I have taken the following steps:

1.  Updated the software for the PC and printer and restarted both.
2.  Unplugged and restarted the printer.
3.  Updated the driver

4.  Removed and reinstalled the printer from the PC
5.  Rebooted the printer and reconnected the WiFi

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Sumotoby,

 

First of all, Make sure that your printer is connected with same network that your computer is connected with.

setting your printer as default printer could solve offline issue

Make sure your printer is not using "use printer offline option"

use windows printer troubleshooter

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor Tools - it is one of the best printer troubleshooter, Most of the time it fixes the offline issue of printer.
