Dear sir
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unresolved issue with our printer, which has been out of order for the past three weeks. We registered a complaint with Case ID: [edit], and last Friday, an HP technician attended to the complaint. He identified that two parts need to be replaced to rectify the error.
I received an email from your authorized dealer, [edit], stating that they would attend to the issue under warranty soon. The email included a contact mobile number (Mob: [edit]) and the name of the contact person. However, after a telephonic conversation, they mentioned they have not received any call from HP to attend to the issue.
Additionally, the HP portal indicates that our printer's warranty has expired. However, our printer was purchased on 05.12.2023 and is still under warranty (tax invoice attached for your reference).
To our shock, we received an email yesterday from [edit] stating that our printer case ID has been closed. This is surprising as our office is still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Due to the lack of a functioning printer, we are facing significant difficulties. I am personally facing criticism from my colleagues, who have lost confidence in me and are questioning the procurement process of the HP printer, suggesting possible corruption.
I request your immediate attention to this matter to rectify the issue and restore the functionality of our printer.
Thank you for your prompt action.
