I am having this same issue.  The printer has lost the regular 'Letter' page size setting!  I have tried a factory reset to no avail.  I am printing with a Chromebook.  I have used this same combo (Toshiba Chromebook/HP F4280 printer) for a long time and this just started.  All I did wa replace the ink cartridge...
