My HP inkwell 415 is printing pink!

What is the remedy?

Hi @Ehrlich 

 

1.  First check that you have all tanks filled up with ink.

2.  Then try the Printhead Cleaning process using HP software utility for cleaning:

3.  If that doesn´t work then you may need to remove air from the printer cartridges and also from the printer tubes:
