Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue. If copy works fine, skip the below steps as we may have to reinstall the printer driver.
If the issue occurs while printing all types of documents and while making a copy, perform the below steps:
Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. If print quality is unacceptable on the page that prints, touch Clean Again to perform a second cleaning, and then continue to the next step.
If there are defects in the alignment patterns, align the printhead. Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer. Continue to the next step after the alignment completes.
