Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a Officejet Pro 6830 that is showing paper jam when there is no paper jam. I have performed a printer reset by turning off the printer, unplugged it from the walled outlet, waited for 2-3 minutters and then plugged it back and turned it on, but the failure message still appears. Do someone have a proposed solution to this problem?
