@Larry2681, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP printer. Let's try to get it working again. Here are a few general steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Printer Connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your printer and computer can resolve the issue.

Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions.

Update or Reinstall Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor: This is a free tool provided by HP to diagnose and fix printing and scanning problems. You can download it from the HP Print and Scan Doctor page.

Check Printer Status: Ensure that your printer is set as the default printer and that there are no print jobs stuck in the queue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
