Printer issue not resolved from last 3-4 months

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a replacement printer (#9015) from earlier printer (#6897). Printing issues have been going on from last 4 months. New Printer sent has always the Cartridges leaking and I have been charged for $186 for a collateral of old printer.

Service is pathetic with HP and I have been wasting lot of time with you guys.

Want you to STOP charging me for $186 and resolve the issue first.
