Product: HP Envy 7640

Printer Envy7640-  Just hooked up an idle laptop to my HP printer.

De-installed/re-installed driver 4 times; did the Print & Scan Doctor, no help. 

Prints fine from desktop files & test page; but does not print from websites, email.

Very slow in the print preview and when I click print, nothing shows in the print queue.

thank you for replying. 

I ended up employing an outside geek to resolve.(they had a phone number/resolved same day)
