Printer just stopped printing about after3/4 Page done. Light going back and forth on printer

No error messages just quit printing about 3/4 thru document.  Tried all suggestions and don't want to pay money if printer is done for.  Probably 5-6 yrs old.  Just need some advice

Enter the name of your HP Printer

Open Category Troubleshooting

Select Topic Print

Select Sub-topic Print Quality

Find and open the document for your printer.

The name of the document varies by printer model.

For example, the document might be named "Black not printing" or contain similar wording.
