Hi @Deco0041,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2810e printer keeps printing the alignment page despite scanning it, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Low or empty cartridges can sometimes cause alignment issues.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Remove the ink cartridges and reinstall them, ensuring they click into place securely.
  • Clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges and the printer with a lint-free cloth.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Run Printer Diagnostics:

  • Use the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel to run a printer diagnostics test. This may help identify any issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or on the HP support website.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the printer for any paper jams or obstructions that might be causing the alignment process to fail.

Perform a Factory Reset:

  • If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset. This will reset the printer settings to their defaults, which may resolve the alignment issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
