Hello,

 

We have a Laserjet M605.  This is a great printer and works for everyone but 1 user.  

This one user got a new computer and everything she prints gives message on printer to load tray 1 plain letter. 

We are using the same driver version HP Universal PCL5 for all users.

Every setting in printer preferences matches the working users. 

I have tried several different divers for this model.  

I am convinced it's not a setting on the printer itself since it works just fine for the other five users. 

Thinking it's a Windows issue I have run SFC and DISM commands.  

 

Is it possible something in Windows is corrupt causing this?
