Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Printer was working fine then suddenly it comes up with a message  Attention Required but I do not know what attention.

I have different printer, but it is doing the same thing. When I searched online, it just said unplug and reset. This worked for a couple pages, then it keeps saying the same thing. It is very frustrating.

Thanks for that but still need to know why a brand new printer just suddenly stops printing though it has printed a Printer Information Sheet.   What do I need to look at to get it working again?
