Hi, I have an HP LaserJet MFP that has suddenly stopped printing or copying two-sided. I have tried to get help for this but was flamed by another user for some reason when I said I do not have access to a computer at the moment. I only have access to to iOS right now. Wondering if anyone can help. Thanks.

If the printer doesn't copy duplex then you have a hardware issue, access to iOS or computer is not helpful much in this case you need to be near the device to resolve the issue.

Ok, thank you for your help. Is there any reasonable way of fixing that as a relative layperson? My printer is not under warranty anymore, but it’s only a few years old.

It depends on a printer model, some models have known issues with duplex, some models can be trashed to waste.

M283fdw is a consumer printer with limited support, there is nothing much a user can do if the printer will not duplex copy.
