HP Officejet 4620 All-in-One-Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Officejet 4620 All-in-One-Printer suddenly stopped printing black ink.  The documents are being received by the printer and if it text and needs black ink, it prints a black page.  I ran the printhead cleaning application and no letters printed since it requires the black ink.  The ink cartridge is new.  I ran the HP Printer Diagnostic and it is saying there is nothing wrong with the printer.  Any suggestions would be appreciated?  Thank you.

@MNC1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
