Printer not picking up paper feed

Hi there. My printer is not picking up the paper feed. It keeps complaining it's out of paper. We tried to restart the printer, reload the cateridge but none of  it works. 

We suspect something is faulty with the printer. How do I claim warrenty ?

Check the Paper Type:

Update Firmware:

• Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer, as sometimes feed issues are fixed with updates.

Warranty Claim:

Check Your Warranty Status:

• Go to HP’s warranty check page: HP Warranty Check and enter your printer's serial number to confirm whether it’s still under warranty.

Provide Details:

• When contacting HP, provide the following details:
  • Printer model (HP Laser 107w)
  • Description of the issue (paper feed issue)
  • Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue
  • Printer serial number (found on the back or bottom of the printer)
