Printer not printing HP ENCVy 5000

My printer is not printing --blank pages come out of the printer--the computer thinks it is printing and pages come out

but nothing is on them--already tried plugging and unplugging the printer

What happens when you make photocopies on the printer? If they come about blank as well, follow the steps below-

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, and then evaluate the results.

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup 

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

If the report has issues, follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.
