Printer not printing full sheets, images are being cut off at the bottom.

Im trying to print images to make cards, with my previous printer the images printed full page no problem. Since changing to HP DeskJet the pages are printing with a border and cutting off the end of the image. Meaning i am unable to use my printer.
I have printed from different ways such as when i open the image from the USB, it opens up on edge or PDF and i click to print at full page, when printing there is a white border around the image and the very bottom is cut off.
I cant tell if its the printing or if its the program i am using - but i never had this issue in the past with an epson.
I am using s USB from Kit N Doodle crafts which has images on it to print off and make cards with.

I'm sorry that this reply wont be helpful to you, but mine is also doing this.
My printer is brand spanking new and is fine with ordinary plain paper. But when I load card (just 250gsm) its like it starts printing too early before the card has fed through enough, leaving a big gap at the bottom.
I feel that it must be the card, but I wouldn't have said its a particularly thick or heavy card and I believe this printer should handle 250gsm easily! When I bought the card it said it was fine for these sorts of printers
I am using Adobe Illustrator and have tried:
- saving as a JPEG
- uninstalling and reinstalling software
- turning everything off and on again
- leaving print settings as plain paper and 'normal' quality
Its so frustrating because I have used so much ink and nice card thinking I have fixed the issue and every time it still happens. I also have a deadline.
Hope someone can help us!

Yes mine is the same!
part of me was concerned it was the program I was using but my Epson didn’t have a problem.
I think I’ll just return this and stick to epson. I only went HP for the instant ink.
