Printer not printing in colour

Hello,

I have an OfficeJet 3835 which is not printing my documents in colour.

I have run the printing quality report and noticed that the colour yellow and magenta were not showing up so I changed my colour cartridge as it was running low.

I've tried printing a document multiple times and it keeps coming out in greyscale despit selecting 'colour' and since changing the old colour cartridge. The printing quality report test print has also come out in the correct colours since changing the cartridge so I'm unsure why my document isn't printing in colour.

I've also cleaned the cartridges and run diagnostics on the printer but the results came out fine.

Any suggestions?
