Hi, I've had the printer for a few years and it printed ok, but recently I changed my PC and the problem immediately arose in that it won't print in colour from the new Windows 10 PC which has the brand Portus.
It continues to print in either Colour or B&W from both an ipad and a Galaxy Tab S.
There is ink for both B&W and Colour and the printer can display the levels in each.
When I go into the Windows settings for the printer the option for B&W or Colour does not appear.
Can you please suggest a solution.

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
