Hi, first off... why does HP have the worst possible customer support system, I have ever seen? I have tried so hard to get in contact for help. I should not have to pay for help when I have already paid for multiple products. I have both an HP printer and a Laptop and I cannot wait for them to break so I can buy something that is not HP. Anyhow, I am stuck with my Printer and laptop for now. I cannot print from my laptop. I have tried everything that I can think of. Every time I try to print from my laptop via Bluetooth, email or using a cord, it will not print and says there was an error. My roommate who has an apple laptop can print to my printer via Bluetooth from another room. I can print from my phone. Just not my laptop. I am a student and need to be able to print from my laptop. Can someone please help me. I am so frustrated, every time I try to print something I am in tears because it gets so frustrating.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
