Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer that does not turn on!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your printer is not turning on and all the lights are displaying orange, here is a troubleshooting guide to help resolve the issue:
Check the Printer Connections
- Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the rear of the printer.

Check the Electrical Outlet
- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Plug another appliance into the electrical outlet to ensure it works.
- If the appliance works, the outlet is functioning correctly.
- If the outlet does not work, plug the printer into another outlet that does.
Using an Alternate Power Cord
- If possible, try using another power cord that is compatible with your printer.
- If the printer turns on with the alternate power cord, the original power cord may be faulty and needs replacement.
- If the printer does not turn on with the alternate power cord, proceed to the next step.
Reset the Printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
