HP Recommended

Hi.  My HP Envy Photo 7155 can't do anything - when I plug it in, it turns on and shows a loading screen and just stays there.  The button on the printer is useless and does not turn it off or reset it.  I have tried the following:

 

- Unplugging and waiting five minutes (and ten minutes, and overnight) and plugging back in

- Unplugging, pressing the button for 15 seconds waiting 5 minutes and plugging back in

- Removing and reinstalling ink cartridges (with printer both on and off)

- Plugging into a different outlet

 

These all have the same result - in the meantime I'm getting notifications from HP that my printer is offline and telling me I need to turn it back on....  well yes, it is!  I access the printer via a very old Acer laptop (work), a MacBook Air running Montrey OS, and my iPhone 11.  It used to be able to print from all three of these devices - now it cannot connect with any of them.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
