I have had a replacement printer and yesterday it stopped working and spoke with the tech team. They changed the IP to a standard one and that solved the issue and I was able to printer quite a bit. However, I have come to print today and nothing is happening again.

 

The panel screen on the printer is on the home screen just like yesterday, when I go to print nothing goes through, when I check the printer properties it lists the printing but nothing in status. A notification comes up sometimes saying the printer needs attention  and to check the screen but there is nothing on the printer screen with no errors, sometimes the laptop says I need to load paper - there is plenty of paper in.

 

Properly the most frustrating company I have had to deal with - no-one to call or speak to online over the weekend!

Are you facing any issue while making a copy?

Did you try to print from a different application?

Could you please help me with the operating system of your computer to assist you better.

It copies fine, on Windows and was working fine the day before

Thanks for the reply,

 

I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

 

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 

2.) Select your HP Printer 

3.) Select Uninstall 

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device' 

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo. 

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s") 

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab 

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers 

 

Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/907304... Then, change or select the correct operating system of your computer and download the HP ENVY Photo 6200 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Driver.

 

Try to print.
