Hi @Radhan,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Laser MFP 130 series printer might be facing a hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to both the printer and the power outlet. Try plugging it into a different outlet if possible.
- Reset Printer: Unplug the printer from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and try turning it on again.
- Inspect for Error Lights: The orange status light could indicate a specific error. Check the printer’s manual or HP’s support website for what the orange light might mean.
- Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer’s paper tray and any access doors to check for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Check Ink or Toner Levels: Ensure that there are no issues with the ink or toner cartridges. Sometimes a low or empty cartridge can cause errors.
- Check Printer Firmware: If the printer powers up, check for any firmware updates on HP’s website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
