We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Unplug the power cord while the printer is ON.
  2. Wait 60 seconds and press & hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

If the issue persists, please refer to this link for troubleshooting steps. This should help resolve the issue.
