@Bear030, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Ink Cartridges

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink.

If low or empty, replace the cartridges with new ones.

Power Cycle the Printer

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait for about 1-2 minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on again.

E0 error

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.

This occurs when one or both ink cartridges need attention. Reseat both cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
