Scanning has worked no problem for a year or more. this problem just started.  No software installation.  Printer works when instructed from computer.  Updated Smart software and drivers.

When doing driver check in Smart software it indicates "Driver check issue not fixed"

Carry out Check on printer "could not ID the problem.

Smart software front page shows printer offline. If  I select Scan in Smart software it shows Scanner unavailable.

I would appreciated any suggestions
