So, I just bought this printer less than a month ago and it's already giving me issues... It's the HP DeskJet 2852e All-in-One Printer. It was fine for the first week or so. And it's not like I'm printing a bunch of stuff. The cartridges it came with ran out of ink. Ok, no problem. We went and bought new ones, yes we made sure they were the right size. Loaded them up and now suddenly it is only printing partial pages and telling me I'm out of ink! We tried turning it off and back on again. We tried hard resetting it. We took the ink cartridges out and put them back in. Every time, it just prints a partial page and then starts blinking at me that we are out of ink. Virtual Assistant was absolutely no help... Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, is there a way to fix it?
