Hi @eesti1
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 is printing blank pages, here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check Ink Levels
- Open the HP Smart app or Printer Control Panel.
- Navigate to Ink Levels and ensure cartridges have sufficient ink.
- If low, replace the cartridges.
2. Perform a Printhead Cleaning
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning cycle and try printing again.
3. Align the Printer
- Misalignment can cause blank pages.
- Go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Align Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Check for Clogged Nozzles
- Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report from the printer menu.
- If streaks or missing colors appear, perform another printhead cleaning.
5. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Open Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager).
- Expand Printers, right-click your printer, and select Uninstall.
- Restart your computer and reinstall the latest drivers from HP’s support page.
6. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Try these steps and let me know if the issue persists!
