@Stan234, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer pausing when printing a page without error page!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It seems like the printer is having trouble completing the print job, and the blinking power button typically indicates a hardware or communication issue. Here's a step-by-step troubleshooting guide:

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and there are no paper jams.
  • Check for any error messages or lights (other than the blinking power light).

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug it from the power source, wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Turn the printer on again.

Check the Printer Queue:

  • On your computer, go to the printer settings and check the print queue.
  • Clear any stuck print jobs.

Check for Connectivity:

  • If using a wireless connection, ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • For USB, check the cable and connection to ensure it's secure.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for the DeskJet 2852e.
  • Install them and try printing again.

Check for Paper or Ink Issues:

  • Ensure there is enough paper and ink in the printer.
  • Check for any blockage in the ink cartridges or paper tray.

Perform Printer Reset:

  • If the issue persists, you can perform a hard reset on the printer. Refer to the printer’s manual for instructions on how to reset it.

Let me know if any of these steps help, or if you need further assistance!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
