Hi

 

I own an HP ENVY Photo 6255 printer. All inks are full, no paper jam (at least when I lift up the plastic lid that I was instructed to check based on online info). However, nothing prints. I tried printing something from my laptop (connected via wire), also tried internal test printing by doing "Print Quality Report". Neither worked. It goes to the "Printing" stage, but does not proceed at all from there. No paper comes out at all. I have no idea what could be wrong, please help me. I need to print stuff out URGENTLY.
