I have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw.  The printer powers up fine but the screen is dead.  I recently replaced my modem and router that I think took a lighting strike.  Suspecting the printer may have as well.  Any advice on what to try, how to test, etc. would be appreciated!

When printer powered ON, open and close front door 4 times, that will print an engine test page. If sheet with horizontal lines is printed then the printer engine is working.

There are two options defective screen or defective printers mainboard. Did the printer worked after modem replacement? Can you print anything from a computer?
