I have a HPEnvy 5055 printer. I’ve unplugged and replugged it. I reset the factory default. I re-entered wireless network. It says ink is full. Installed new HP cartridges. Cleaned the cartridges and aligned them.
All I get from printer is blank pages

Hi @WTFw,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've taken several troubleshooting steps already. Since you've already tried unplugging and replugging, resetting to factory defaults, re-entering the wireless network, installing new cartridges, and cleaning and aligning the cartridges, there might be a few other things to check.
- Printer Drivers: Ensure that the printer drivers on your computer are up to date. Sometimes, outdated or corrupt drivers can cause printing issues.
- Test Print: Try printing a test page directly from the printer itself. Many printers have a function to print a test page from the control panel. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer or with the connection to the computer.
- Print Settings: Double-check the print settings on your computer to ensure that they are configured correctly. Make sure the correct printer is selected and that the settings match your desired output.
- Paper Quality: Make sure you're using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Improper paper settings or low-quality paper can cause printing problems.
- Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.
- Printer Troubleshooter: Many operating systems have built-in printer troubleshooters that can help diagnose and fix common printing problems. You can try running the printer troubleshooter on your computer.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the printer itself.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
