Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm printing from my laptop wirelessly. The connection is fine. When I issue the print command, the computer responds. However, the pages are blank.

 

I'm printing in color. There's plenty of color ink but not much black ink.

 

This happens no matter what program I'm printing from.

 

I don't want to invest in more ink if this printer is beyond repair.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the front panel.

Are all the colors printed?

I discovered that both black and color ink are required even though I only wanted to print in color.

This printer should be able to print with only the color cartridge installed.
