HP Recommended
Product: officejet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer prints on other tablets, phones, laptops, etc.  For whatever reason, it will not print from my daughter's new Dell laptop.  I have tried the troubleshooter, print doctor and other tips I have seen online, but no luck on the Dell.  It will print an internal test page, but not a regular one within Windows, nor will it print anything else.  I'm at a loss.  Any suggestions?
