Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi i am trying to print from my phone via hp smart app. Black ink is good , color none at all. I had it connected to my laptop but my laptop needs fixed and can’t get on it. I’m trying to print out a label for shipping reasons. When i do it’s blank , and when i try anything such as cleaning the printer head it prints out blank everything is blank. So any suggestions be great. It is old back in 2010 so might need a new one. Any help be great
