Hello - My printer prints out a test page just fine (some of the finer text is a little spotty), but it won't print other documents at all. It doesn't sound like it is is printing anything, and the page comes out blank. I've tried all of the diagnostic tools available in the software.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and black to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the ink levels and clean the ink cartridges as shown in this document.

Thanks for your help, Kumar - My printer made a copy in color just fine, but nothing came out for the black and white copy. The supply levels are near full and I cleaned the printer heads and the problem is still the same. Could it be a faulty print cartridge? I'm a subscriber to the Instant Ink program; is it possible to have a new cartridge sent to me?
