Product: officejet 8625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Officejet 8625 printer keeps randomly printing status and fax reports.  Have already done hard reset.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

1) Open the Devices and Printers folder, right-click the HP Printer, and then select Properties.

2) Click the Device Settings tab.

3) In the Install able Options section, set Printer Status Notification to Disable.

4) Click OK.
