My printer has 3 issues with my Laser Color printer
1. The first is now that whenever I turn on the printer (unplug and replug), the printer enter and endless restart cycle. This started to happen lately, it occurs when it enter the stage of calibrating image density.
2. When not in the cycles of restart (earlier when this issue did not happen), the toner garbage get filled with the red toner. I had to empty it already twice.
3. When printing in color, sometimes the page would appear as not calibrated, meaning that the printing colors are not properly aligned. Lately, it has become even worse that the whole page get some color smudged.
Is there a printer service in Israel which could fix this printer?

If not in warranty, find any reputable technician that services laser printers. You mention having to empty the waste toner several times because of red (magenta) toner which suggests you have a faulty magenta cartridge or drum. If there is toner all over the inside of the printer that can block sensors and impede proper operation and calibration.
