Have used Instant Ink Cartridge for 3 years to get cartridges for my HP Pro 8710 Printer. Last black cartridge I Installed into the printer and printer showed "Cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it". Tried to troubleshoot, but eventually had company send me a new black cartridge. Installed it and still getting same message. Have already done hard restart with no change. Need instructions on what to do next.
