Printer all of a sudden won't print and started giving error messages. I have followed all HP advice. Uninstalled and reinstalled printer multiple time, ran the HP Doctor, updated drivers etc. Computer shows printer as "ready" and set as default printer. Printer is connected wirelessly to computer and shows strong internet connection on same network as computer. When troubleshooting it shows no problem with printer. Upon reinstalling printer, will print an "internal test page" just fine when directed to do so from computer, but will not print anything sent from computer or phone. Says "error" that is all I get! Super frustrated. Printer is less than 1 year old. Help please!!!!!!!

@Canchaser33, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

For now, restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

  • Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
  • Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
  • Try printing a test page from here.

Let me know how this goes.
